Abstract

The present invention provides a magnetic nano composite for inhibition/treatment of tumor and method for preparing the same. The magnetic nano composite uses Fe3O4 magnetic nano particles as nuclei, a carboxylated polyaniline as a shell layer, and an anti-cancer drug fixed on the outside of shell layer. The invented method of preparation not only is simple and fast, but also capable of prolonging the half-life of drug and increasing the activity of drug. Furthermore, the thermal stability and storage stability of the anti-cancer drug can be significantly improved, and a drug insoluble in aqueous solution can be uniformly dispersed in an aqueous solution. As a result, the side-effect of rejection in an organism is reduced. Furthermore, a magnetic field can be guided to a diseased part for increasing the local concentration of drug, thereby achieving an objective of centralized treatment. Hence, the present invention has a high commercial value.
