The present invention provides a meditation-reminding and distinguishing system of medicine bag, which mainly comprises a system host machine and an electrically-connected RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) reader. The system host machine has a speaker and an outward signal-transmission device. For several persons taking the medicine, their data, the mortifier's data, or the healthcare person's data are keyed into the system host machine, each person taking the medicine has at least one medicine bag, and each medicine bag has a RFID tag. When the person taking the medicine puts the medicine bag in the range of the RFID reader at the first time, the record is read, and signals and sound will occur at the correct time to remind the person to take medicine. By put the medicine bag in the reading range of the RFID reader, one can know if the medicine taken is correct or not by the prompting of sound. If taking medicine too early or taking the wrong medicine bag, the disclosed system can remind immediately. If the medicine is not normally taken, the disclosed system can contact the notify by telecommunication to inform the person taking the medicine to take the medicine on time.
