The present invention relates to a light-radiating health-caring shoe, comprising a circuit board disposed at a suitable location inside a shoe. At least one light-emitting element that radiates light of predetermined wavelength to the foot is mounted on the circuit board, wherein the light-emitting element can emit power light of various wavelengths corresponding to various wavelengths. The circuit board is electrically connected to a switch and a power source. The light-emitting element may be inorganic light-emitting diodes or organic light-emitting diode. The light-emitting element is arranged at a position corresponding to acupuncture points of the user's foot so that the power light of various wavelengths emitted from the light-emitting element can produce effect on human body. Also, positioning the light-emitting diodes corresponding to acupuncture points of sole is helpful to body health.
