This invention relates to a light-emitting earphone having a earmuff which covers ears. There is provided a circuit substrate on a proper position of the inner of the earmuff. At the predetermined position of the circuit substrate, at least one light-emitting component capable of emitting light waves with specific wave bands toward ears is provided. Additionally, the circuit substrate forms an electric connection with a switch and a power supply. Among above, the light-emitting component can emit a power light with various wavelengths, and the power light corresponds to various wavelengths. And the light-emitting component can be inorganic light-emitting diode or organic light-emitting diode. In addition, the position of the light-emitting component can be installed along acupuncture points, so the power light with various wavelengths which corresponds to various wavelengths may produce corresponding effect on human body and the light-emitting diode installed along acupuncture points of ears may be helpful to human body health.
