Abstract
A sleep assistance system includes a pillow device, a breathing sensor and a control device. The pillow device includes a main body and an adjustment unit, in which the main body is provided with a supporting surface capable of supporting a user's head when the user lies down, and the adjustment unit is arranged in the main body for changing the ups and downs of the supporting surface so as to perform a rotatable position change on the user's head. The breathing sensor mounted on the user's body is utilized for detecting the breathing airflow and generating a detection signal. The control device is electrically connected to the pillow device and the breathing sensor. When determining that the detection signal of the breathing sensor is less than a predetermined flow threshold, the control device drives the adjustment unit to adjust the rotatable position change of the user's head.
