社區、心理二因素模式--移居老人社區意願的前因

本研究目的為提出與檢驗社區、心理二因素模式，來解釋心理因素與社區因素如何影響老年人移居至老人社區的意願。本研究樣本為147位移居老人社區的目標族群，以結構方程模式檢驗本研究提出的二因素模式。結果發現移居老人社區意願與干擾子女感正相關，與對現住社區滿意度負相關，與對特定老人社區評價正相關。心理因素中，自我效能與依賴子女感負相關、與干擾子女感負相關，而依賴子女感與干擾子女感正相關。社區因素中，對現代社區滿意度與對該老人社區評價呈正相關。
This study proposes and examines the community-psychology two factor model, which explains the elders’ intention of moving to elder communities. The sample contains 147 elders. Structural equation modeling is applied to examining the two factor model. Findings include that: (1) elders intention of moving to elder communities positively correlates to the perception of breaking in children’s life and evaluation upon specific one elder community and negatively correlates to satisfaction regarding the current residential community, (2) self-efficacy negatively correlates to the perception of relying on children and breaking in children’s life, (3) the perception of relying on children positively correlates to it of breaking in children’s life and (4) satisfaction regarding the current residential community positively correlates to evaluation upon specific one elder community.
