The statistical unit counts a number of use of one communication function from a plurality of communication functions, and a total number of use of the plurality of communication functions. The calculation unit is connected to the statistical unit and utilizes the number of use of the one communication function from the plurality of communication functions and the total number of use of the plurality of communication functions to calculate at least one family communication element, wherein the family communication element respectively corresponds to one of the plurality of communication functions. According to the present invention, a statistical analysis related to users' internet behaviors can be performed, thereby quantifying communication situations of families, parents-children and friends.
