Abstract
本研究針對國內空手道現役選手,探討手部神感覺的差異,受試者分為二組,分
別為空手道組和一般組,測試儀器是利用單一纖維細絲、捏力計、握力計等三套儀器進行實
驗,其實驗測試順序為單一纖維細絲、握力計、捏力計,在單一纖維細絲方面,測試部位為
五個手指之掌尖及手背掌指連結處,共計九個部位,測試結果發現空手道組之左手手背無名
指近端為 0.38 ± 0.15g,一般組為 0.24 ± 0.17g ( p<.05 ),而在右手手背中指端部
分,空手道組為 3.5 ± 5g,一般組為 0.30 ± 0.14g ( p<.05 ),空手道之觸壓覺顯著
地差於一般組。而在握力測試方面,空手道組左手握力 40.27 ± 8.07kg,一般組為 49.32
± 6.26kg,空手道組右手握力 39.85 ± 6.28kg,一般組為 46.78 ± 7.14kg, 測試結果
發現空手道組的握力明顯地小於一般組。而在捏力方面,二組並無顯著差異。
The study was to investigate hands nerve sensibility for karate competitors. Subjects were classified as two groups including EXP group (karate competitor) and CON group (normal healthy subject). We evaluated the cutaneous tactile sensitivity by using monofilament wire test. The result shows that monofilament index score in two of nine test regions was significantly higher in EXP group (posterior proximal left ring finger: 0.38 ± 0.15 g; posterior proximal right middle finger: 3.5 ± 5 g) than in CON group (0.25 ± 0.17 g and 0.30 ± 0.14 g). In addition, grip test showed that force score (left hand: 40.27 ± 8.07 kg, right hand: 39.85 ± 6.28 kg) was significanlty lower in EXP group compared to CON group (49.32 ± 6.26 Kg and 46.78 ± 7.14 Kg). However, no significant difference was found between groups in pinch test.
