結合參數自調與模糊邏輯之永磁同步馬達控制器設計

Abstract

     本文旨在探討永磁同步馬達控制器設計,其中特別運用模糊邏輯法則調整電流控制器參數; 另藉由永磁同步馬達轉矩方程式得到一個簡化的馬達控制模型,並以最小平方遞迴估測法線上估測馬達機械參數,進而估測變動性負載,再結合極點配置理論得以線上調整速度控制器參數。最後,本文以一個 PC-Based 的實驗系統來驗證所提出的法則,實驗結果說明本文 所提方法較傳統的 PI 控制器有較佳的控速性能。
      This paper mainly investigates the controller design of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. Particularly, the fuzzy logic is used to tune the current controller parameters. The mechanical parameters, mechanical inertia and friction coefficient, are estimated via a simplified model from the torque equation. Combined with the load torque estimation and the pole-placement method, the parameters of speed controller can be on-line tuned. Finally, a PC-based experimental scheme is used to evaluate the proposed methods. Experiment results indicate that the proposed method provides better speed control performance than the conventional PI controller does.
