Abstract

System and operation method of acoustic-actuated optical coherence enhanced imaging lens are disclosed. The present invention relates to the optical coherent tomography (OCT) system that combines with focused ultrasound (FUS) by lens in order to enhance the contrast in optical imaging. In addition, the present disclosure uses a contract agent with microbubbles (MBs) to increase the effectiveness of the vivo diagnosis and the controlled drug release.
