A method for detecting brainwave signals comprises the steps of: placing an to-be-tested object in an to-be-tested zone; taking a sensing unit and a displacement sensing unit to be above the to-be-tested object; using a shielding member to shield the ambient light of the to-be-tested zone; using the sensing unit to receive a first brainwave signal value of the of the to-be-tested object and simultaneously using the displacement sensing unit to receive a first actuation signal value of the to-be-tested object, and then transmitting the first brainwave signal value and the first actuation signal value to an electronic device; wherein the electronic device receives the first brainwave signal value and the first actuation signal value through an application program; and comparing the first brainwave signal value with the first actuation signal value via the application program to confirm the influence of the ambient light and motion on the brainwave of the to-be-tested object.
