Abstract
Provided are a urinary biomarker of bladder cancer and kidney cancer and an application thereof. The present invention uses TACSTD2 protein having a character of significantly increasing content in urine of a patient with bladder cancer and kidney cancer as a urinary biomarker of non-invasive cancer test for bladder cancer and kidney cancer. The urinary biomarker according to the present invention has high specificity and sensitivity and can not only improve the cancer screening efficiency of bladder cancer and kidney cancer to achieve early diagnosis and early therapy but also monitor the progress of cancer to prescribe right medicine for increasing therapy efficacy.
