The invention provides a clinical path tracking method. The method comprises the following steps: (a) providing a medical record input module, a database, a measuring device, a medical record integration module and a medical record query module, (b) setting medical record data of a patient through the medical record input module, (c) transmitting the medical record data to the database through a network, (d) storing the medical record data in the database, (e) updating the medical record data including updating the medical record data through the medical record input module or the measuring device automatically uploading a physiological state of the patient measured at a time point by the measuring device, (f) the medical record integration module integrating the medical record data into a radar analysis chart, (g) examining the radar analysis chart through the medical record query module. Through the above method, the present invention utilizes the database to integrate patient data, and visualizes and digitizes care modes and patient rehabilitation results, and constructs radar analysis charts convenient for viewing and examining, so that the medical staff can easily understand the progress of the patient from various aspects of various types of information.
