Abstract

The present invention provides a microfluidic chip comprising a runner chip, a micro valve membrane, and a pump chip comprising a indentation gas room.The runner chip comprises a sample reservoir(s), a micro side runner, a main runner, a mixing area, a sealing membrane, and an observation area.The present invention further provides a method using the microfluidic chip thereof, comprising steps of: (1) loading a sample into the sample reservoir(s) and covering the inlet of the sample reservoir; (2) pumping gas into the indentation gas room to bulge the micro valve membrane toward runner chip, (3) pushing sample to move to main runner and form microdrop(s); and (4) observating the order of RBC aggulation microdrop(s).The present invention has the advantages of shortening reaction time, and reducing cost and negligence.
