Abstract
The present invention discloses an automatically restoring/positioning holder, which includes at least a holding mechanism, a restoring mechanism, a linkage mechanism, and a positioning mechanism. By using the geometrical relation between a tooth groove end in a housing tank of the positioning mechanism and a tooth tenon end of a positioning member, the included angle between the positioning member and a positioning main body can be adjusted. By using a first ball joint, a second ball joint, and a third ball joint connected to the positioning mechanism, the positioning mechanism can be adjusted to any directions. A first linkage, a second linkage and a transition body of the linkage mechanism form the first ball joint and the second ball joint. The restoring mechanism connected with the first linkage utilizes a torsional spring sleeved to a cylinder of a circular plate to generate a restoring force when the torsional spring deforms, thereby moving the connected linkage mechanism to automatically adjust back to its original position.
