Abstract
臺灣肖楠葉部精油經由抗病媒蚊活性評估結果得知,葉部精油對埃及斑蚊幼蟲之半數致死度為47.3ppm,顯示臺灣肖楠葉部精油具有良好的抗病媒蚊活性,在低濃度時可以有效扔制埃及班蚊幼蟲的存活。進一步利用氣相層析—質譜儀分析臺灣肖楠葉部精油中之成分,並評估主要成分的抗病媒蚊活性,證實活性較佳之成分為α-Pinene、β-Myrcene、β-Caryophyllene與Limonene,對埃及斑蚊幼蟲的半數致死度均低於50ppm,其中,以Limonene的抗病媒蚊活性最高,半數致死濃度僅為9.5ppm,綜合試驗結果顯示,臺灣肖楠葉部精油本身以及精油成分Limonene均很有潛力成為抗病媒蚊之天然殺蟲劑。
Mosquitocidal activity of Calocedrus formosana leaf essential oil was evaluated by mosquitocidal assay. LC□ value off leaf essential oil against fourth instar larvae of Aedes aegypti was 47.3 ppm. It demonstrated that C. formosana leaf essential oil possessed mosquitocidal activity, inhibiting the growth of A. aegypti larvae with a low concentration. Major constitutents of of C. formosana leaf essential oil were identified by GC-MS. According to the results of mosquitocidal assays, the effective constituents in leaf essential oil were α-pinene, β-myrcene, β-caryophyllen, and limonene. LC□ values of these constituents against A. aegypti larvae were below 50 ppm. Limonene had the best mosquitocidal activity with a LC□ of 9.5ppm These results clearly showed that C. formosana leaf essential oil and limonene are of great potential as natural insecticidal agents for mosquito control.
