Abstract

This invention provides an immunoassay method and detection device for platelet antibody screening simultaneously with platelet cross-pairing. Several different platelet antigen type combinations are selected according to the type frequencies of human leukocyte antigens and human platelet antigens and are mixed to prepare a combined reagent for screening antibody; in addition, individuals of randomly selected platelet blood products are subjected to a cross-pairing test at the same time, and then the platelet antigens and serums forming an immune complex are directly subjected to a cleaning program with high retention efficiency by virtue of an interception device, and finally, a signal calibration reagent is added, the platelet antigens and serums forming the immune complex can form a final product together with the signal calibration reagent; and due to the detection of the final product, the existence of a platelet antibody may be determined, and meanwhile, individual platelet blood products which are consistently infused are determined, so that the test efficiency is increased.
