Abstract
The invention provides a method for preparing a water-soluble quantum dot material in a normal-pressure environment. The method includes: preparing an oil-phase precursor solution containing a quantum dot material under normal pressure; preparing a water-phase precursor solution containing a quantum dot material; mixing the oil-phase precursor solution with the water-phase precursor solution to form a two-phase precursor solution; heating and stirring the two-phase precursor solution for a certain time, and then cooling the two-phase precursor solution; extracting the water-phase solution, and adding a water-phase modified extraction solution; and removing the oil-phase solution. By using the method, the existing quantum dot synthesis method may be simplified, and the quantum dot is capable of acting in the atmosphere, under normal pressure and at a low temperature lower than 100 DEG C, so as to produce high-purity quantum dot materials with different particle sizes and PL excitation wavelengths by controlling reaction and process conditions.
