Abstract

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an anti-sticking blocking fiber thin-film. The method comprises: performing a step of preparing a solution by placing dichloromethane solution and methylformamide solution in a sample bottle and dissolving polycaprolactone in the dichloromethane solution mixed with dimethylformamide solution; then performing an electro-spinning process to manufacture the prepared solution into a polycaprolactone nano-fiber thin-film by using an electro-spinning apparatus; and finally, modifying the surface of the polycaprolactone nano-fiber thin-film and then grafting chitosan or hyaluronic acid. The nano-fiber thin-film manufactured by using polycaprolactone in this invention has many holes for nutrients to flow through, blocking cell penetration and providing better mechanical properties; and furthermore, the chitosan or hyaluronic acid is grafted on the surface of the polycaprolactone nano-fiber thin-film to reduce cell attachment so as to achieve an anti-sticking thin-film having dual efficacies.
