The present invention provides a cognitive ability and hand-eye coordination evaluation and training system for testing and training the cognitive ability and hand-eye coordination state of a subject. The system includes a training machine configured to perform process of testing or training tasks and data transmission and comprising a machine panel, an input and output expansion connection socket, and a control circuit board; a handheld application device comprising an initialization unit, a task unit, a measurement unit, and a display unit; and a database. After the subject performs a testing or training task on the training machine, the handheld application device analyzes and calculates based on the test result to obtain an evaluation result. The database compares the evaluation result with the stored content of the previous evaluation results to obtain the subject's ability index value and draws a data analysis chart.
