護理人員對肝臟移植術後護理的工作壓力源及反應之探討

Abstract

     本描述相關研究主要探討護理人員面對肝臟移植術後護理的工作壓力源及影響工作壓力反應的預測變項,其目的有:瞭解照護肝藏移植術後病人之護理人員工作的壓力源、瞭解這些人員的壓力反應情形、以及瞭解影響工作壓力及壓力反應的因素。共有41位曾實際參與照護肝臟移植術後護理的護理人員參與本研究。研究結果發現:「病人病情因素」及「政策因素」是主要壓力源:年齡與「工作負荷」呈負相關,專科工作資歷與「工作負荷」呈負相關,接受過加護訓練者有較低的「不實際之自我期許」。壓力反應介於輕度與中度之間。各壓力源與壓力反應呈顯著正相關,而影響壓力反應的重要變項為政策因素與年齡,總解釋力達43.7%。
     The primary purpose of this descriptive correlative study was to understand the sources of nurses' work stresses, responses, and related factors when caring for post-liver transplant patients. Forty-one female register nurses (RNs) who had participated in post-transplantation care were recruited to participate in this study. "Patient's condition" and "political factor" were the major sources of stress. There was a negative relationship between age and "work load" and between professional working experience and "work load". Nurses who had intensive care unit training had lower "un-realistic self expectation". The overall level of stress was mild to moderate. The sources of stress and responses showed a significant positive correlation. Finally, the major predicative variables that influenced the stress responses were "political factor" and "age". These accounted for 43.7% of the variance.
