Abstract
The purpose of this research is to design a relatively low cost, high precision, and wide frequency range power sensoring circuits which can be easily added on current commercialized ultrasonic products. With a slight circuit cost increase, a number of information can be real-time monitored including the forward power, reflect power, net output power, and the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR). The add-on function in the ultrasound products can increase the product value and the product compatibility, able to monitor and precisely control the ultrasonic power output, and at the mean time provide valuable information to achieve a good ultrasound matching circuit design.
