Abstract

The invention provides an ultrasonic wave image uniformity detection method and system. An ultrasonic wave image is divided into a plurality of blocks and the blocks are numeralized, weighted entropyof the blocks are calculated in sequence and a first weighted entropy image is formed. Later extreme values of the ultrasonic wave image are removed and then operation is conducted once to generate as second weighted entropy image, and the first weighted entropy image and the second weighted entropy image are integrated into a weighted entropy parameter image. Finally, according to the proportions of the first weighted entropy image and the second weighted entropy image, a uniformity index is calculated, uniformity of an ultrasonic wave liver image is directly quantified, thereby assisting discrimination of clinical diagnosis of medical care personnel.
