The present invention relates to a stepping bike.The bike comprises a steering unit, rear-wheel drive, a main axle, a swing arm assembly and a seat.The seat supports the patient’s upper body as stepping on the swing arm, as the hands hold the handle part of the swing arm.The stepping movement of the bilateral or unilateral extremities produces propulsion power through a rear-wheel drive.The invention not only provides convenience for locomotion, but also is an exercise as well as entertaining apparatus suitable for the kids and hemiparetics, for whom an adequate aerobics is not available.
