A physical activity quality assessment method is performed by a physical activity quality assessment system, the physical activity quality assessment system comprising an acceleration sensing unit, a storage unit, and a processing unit. The acceleration sensing unit is adapted to be disposed on a human body and used to sense the dynamics of the human body. The method comprises: (A) the acceleration sensing unit generating a sensing result every other predetermined sensing period (B) the processing unit storing each sensing result in a database of the storage unit (C) the processing unit calculating plural records of physical activity quality assessment data based on the sensing results, each record of the physical activity quality assessment data being related to a portion of these sensing results, which is the sensing result that corresponds to an evaluation period.
