The present invention discloses a transparent solar battery system, which mainly comprises a light-pervious solar battery system. The light-previous solar battery system comprises a light-pervious solar energy transforming apparatus, an equilibrium unit and a conducting wire providing for electric connection; wherein a transparent photovoltaic element in the light-pervious solar energy transforming apparatus is a PN semiconductor structure composed of two transparent conducting thin films, whose raw material is oxide. Because the light-pervious solar battery system can use the general glass or plastic as the substrate material, the disclosed transparent solar battery system possesses advantages of environmentally-protecting, light-weighed and simpler preparation procedures, cheaper processing costs, etc., which, thus, can be extensively applied on the glass door/window of buildings and vehicle so that the utility of solar energy can be greatly enhanced.
