Abstract
本文描述通霄電廠內六部氣渦輪發電機所屬靜態勵磁系統參數的調整經驗, 增加
阻尼強度以適應當地環境。有報告指出當電廠鄰近的電弧爐運轉時,此型發電機變得不穩定
,且常造成跳機。由現場量測顯示,當電弧爐運轉造成電壓擾動時,靜態勵磁系統阻尼明顯
不足,因此必須調整其參數。靜態勵磁系統依照 IEEE-421.2 建議標準調整增益及時間常數
,其阻尼強度亦經計算機模擬及現場實測驗證。目前此六部氣渦輪發電機在電弧爐運轉造成
電壓擾動時,已完全能正常操作。
This paper described the experience of tuning the voltage regulator of static exctation systems (SESs) for six gas turbine (GT) generators in the Tong-Shiao Generation Station in order to improve stability with respect to working conditions. The generators were reported unstable and had been tripped for several times when the nearby electric arc furnaces (FAFs) were in operation. A series of field measurements showed that when the EAFs caused voltage fluctuation the SESs had not enough damping and their parameters should be adjusted. They were tuned according to the IEEE Standard 421.2. Several gains and time constants have been modified. The SES damping was checked by computer simulations and on-site field tests. Now the six generators can be operated very well even though the FAFs still cause voltage fluctuation.
