Abstract
This invention provides an anti-sedimentation device and method using a communicating pipe. In the anti-sedimentation device using communicating pipe, at least one pressurizing element is disposed at an opening of the communicating pipe body of a communicating pipe, and a controller is used to control the reciprocating motion of the pressurizing element to cause a suspending liquid in the communicating pipe to flow without sedimentation. A nozzle is set at the bottom of the communicating pipe to eject the suspending liquid. The anti-sedimentation method using communicating pipe according to this invention employs the same means to make powders uniformly distributed in liquid of the suspending liquid in the communicating pipe, thereby allowing the suspending liquid in the communicating pipe to be ejected smoothly through the nozzle. This invention utilizes the principle of communicating pipe, which causes no sedimentation of un-dissolving powders in the suspending liquid. Improved uniformity can be achieved in making spray and there is no need to apply a large amount of powders and liquid in a single preparation so as to save cost.
