The present invention relates to a circuit exercise equipment system, which mainly runs an assessment step for performing information statistics status assessment, question and answer assessment and physical fitness assessment through a computer; a testing step that is an exercise limit test to be based on the user's physical fitness assessment and monitors the user's cardiac hemodynamics, and oxygenation and perfusion of brain tissue and skeletal muscle respectively, wherein the user wears a mask, an exercise blood pressure monitor and a finger blood oxygen saturation machine of a continuous cardiac output monitoring system, so as to monitor heartbeat, blood pressure and blood oxygen during the exercise test, and a detector of a near-infrared spectroscopy system is placed on the prefrontal lobe and vastus lateralis muscle of the user to detect the distribution of oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin in the tissues; a calculation step for performing algorithm to convert the metabolic equivalent of the preset exercise and the work rate and power output of each exercise equipment according to the exercise limit obtained by the test so as to obtain effective and accurate exercise prescription data; and a training step for providing an atmospheric hypoxic chamber environment, and arranging a circuit exercise system in the atmospheric hypoxic chamber environment, in which its equipment includes a recumbent bike, a treadmill, a rowing machine, an upright bike, and a cross trainer, which covers the exercise blocks from the core muscles to the peripheral muscles and the exercise modes of the muscles from the closed chain to the open chain. The exercise prescription can be adjusted in exercise time and intensity according to the user's metabolic equivalent. The circuit exercise system uses the recumbent bike/treadmill/rowing machine/upright bike/cross trainer, and cycles the exercises until the aforementioned exercise limit conditions are met.
