Abstract
An enzyme dynamics dividing method includes steps of providing nitrogen-acyl dazole represented by the formula (I) as a matrix; and performing the matrix in a liquid phase containing an organic solvent with dynamic dividing reaction under the catalysis of lipolysis enzyme [the definition of each substituent in the formula (I) is defined by the specification and claim]. The method of the invention can increase enzyme activity to effectively obtain a product having high optical purity.
