Abstract

The disclosure of the present invention relates to an evaluation method used to determine whether an individual suffering from cancer is suitable to use a pharmaceutical composition as a cancer drug. By comparing expression levels of target genes (CHEK1 and PIK3CA) with basic multiples, the individuals suffering from cancer (CHEK1 high performance and PIK3CA high performance) suitable for the use of the pharmaceutical composition are found. Furthermore, it is recommended to use this pharmaceutical composition (cell checkpoint kinase (CHK1) inhibitor and phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor) to inhibit a survival ability and a tumor growth ability of cancer cells to achieve the treatment of cancer.
