Abstract
The invention directs to a drug carrier and a pharmaceutical composition including the same. The drug carrier has a Na-Ni particle and a carbon nanofiber. The carbon nanofiber is formed on the Na-Ni particle and modified with a hydrophilic group on its surface. By cell viability assay, the drug carrier is proven to be tumor-specific, and able to be loaded with an anti-cancer drug and to deliver the drug to a tumor cell without any tumor targeting agent.
