Abstract
利用旋壓成型加工大型推進機薄殼壓力管件時,由於加工量大以及管
壁極溥,因此旋胚內部之夾雜物種類,大小、形狀以及分佈,影響成管之品質。
本文首先歸類一般鍛造用鋼內夾雜物之種類,進而探討SAE4130鉻鉬鋼經旋型
加工前後,夾雜物經由塑性流變,其大小、形狀以及分佈之改變,並判斷成管之
加工表面出現巨觀微裂縫之臨界清淨度級數。經由觀察分析得知,旋型管內部硫
化物經旋型塑變後,明顯被拉長2~3倍,而且成管表面有微裂縫之硫化物臨界清
淨度等級皆在1.5以上。
On the spinning of SAE 4130 motorcases, there are microcracks existed on the outer surface aftera heavy reduction of wall thickness. The pattern of nonmetallic inclusions before and after plastic flowhas been investigated according to ASTM E45- 81 specification in order to correlate the cleanness andreduction. It has been found MnS is the dominant inclusions since it can be deformed and served asthe nuclei and then extended to the surface to become microcracks. The critical degree of sulfidecleanness set at 1.5 below which no microcracks are found.Keywords: spinning, motorcase, inclusions, cleanness.
