Abstract
The present invention discloses a loading device for preventing from the pressure ulcer. The patient, who is inconvenient to move and needed to sit or lie down for a long time, will bring about pathological changes by compressing some portions of the body for a long time. The principle of the mechanism comprises: connecting vertically a supporting device on a base; installing a moving device on the base; connecting a loading frame at one end of the supporting device; making the moving device moved front and rear by using the telescopic motion of electric cylinder which is placed between the base and the supporting device; using the collocation between the roller and the wedge-shaped rail and changing the path of the wedge-shaped rail to change the rising speed and the inclined degree of the loading frame which is fixed at one end; transforming the rising and descending sequence of the loading frame to make the rising and descending motion not violent so that the user will not bring about the danger of falling and injury; pushing the loading frame to rotate along an axial direction by driving the collocation between the roller and the wedge-shaped rail of the moving device; making the user feel about the shift of the center of gravity during use; and preventing the skin from pathological changes which is produced by unchanging the posture for a long time. The present invention has not only simple structure but also unified specification to replace the component easily. When the component is damaged, people can carry out replacing the single component. It is not necessary to buy and renew the whole loading device. Furthermore, it can transform directly the center of gravity of the user to reduce the occurrence of the pressure ulcer effectively.
