Abstract
A two-hand arc-movement bar stand comprises two arc bars that are curved sideways in the leftward and rightward directions respectively to allow a user to exercise an inclined-flying action by having two hands holding and sliding along the curvatures of the arc bars. Further, the guidance provided by the arc bars helps the user to maintain correctness and stability of the posture and also to help the user to easily train body side muscles so as to realize excellent exercise of Taijiquan boxing.
