Abstract
This invention relates to a laser positioning and processing method, comprising the following steps: an optical tomography imaging equipment performing imaging to a sample to generate a scanned image signal to a control host; when the control host is in an imaging mode, receiving the scanned image signal and controlling a display device to display a two dimensional or a three dimensional image relative to the sample; when the control host is in a processing mode, having an input device to receive operation for generating a plane coordinate command and a trigger command according to the two dimensional or the three dimensional image and send the commands to the control host; the control host performing alignment of a specified position of the sample according to the plane coordinate command and generates a control voltage according to the trigger command, so as to control the laser processing equipment to emit a laser pulse generated according to the control voltage to the specific position.
