Abstract
This invention provides an electric charge transfer detection amplifier, integrated with a boost capacitance and cross-coupled transistor such that the circuit is able to voltage difference at the detection location increases to a maximum range within a minimum time. As compared to prior art, the performance is such that the speed of the electric charge transfer has improved for 40.7% or more, the range that the voltage difference increases has improved for 59.29% or more, the overall power delay product has improved for 38.26% or more. In addition, there is no need to provide additional high-voltage preloaded electric potential and high-voltage control signals in the circuit, such that this new electric charge transfer detection amplifier is more adapted to be used in low-voltage DRAM matrix.
