電針對食源性肥胖大鼠體重與血脂的影響

本研究的目的是以100Hz電針來刺激大鼠兩側「足三里配三陰交」穴及單獨電針刺激兩側「足三里」穴，觀察比較其對食源性肥胖大鼠的體重、血脂、體脂肪及攝食量的影響。結果顯示：在持續餵食高脂飼料下，連續電針「足三里配三陰交」穴14天後，對照組體重有明顯的增加，但是實驗組則否。進一步分析體內血脂變化則發現實驗組的血中三酸甘油酯(TG)會明顯的下降、血中高密度膽固醇(HDL)也明顯的上升，而對照組則否。此外，與對照組相比，實驗組有明顯降低腎周脂肪佔體重百分比。相對地，連續電針雙側「足三里」穴組體重則無顯著差異；對照組血中三酸甘油酯會明顯的上升，而實驗組則否；實驗組血中高密度膽固醇也明顯的上升，而對照組則否。結論：100Hz電針刺激在食源性肥胖大鼠的足三里穴及三陰交穴，對持續進食高脂飲食的食源性肥胖大鼠具有預防體重上升和減少內臟脂肪量的效果，並且，能降低其血中的三酸甘油脂。
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of 100Hz EA which stimulates bilateral Zusanli and Sanyinjiao acupoints with bilateral Zusanli acupoints alone on body weight, food intake, plasma lipid and visceral fat in diet-induced obese (DIO) rats. After the treatment of EA, the results show that the body weight of control group increased significantly, but the EA group shows no increase. Furthermore, the plasma content of TG is decreased and HDL is increased significantly in the EA group, however, the control group shows no change. In addition, the ratio of the content of perirenal fat divided by body weight of EA group when it is compared with the control group is decreased significantly. But the results of EA group treated on bilateral Zusanli show no significant difference on body weight between two groups. The plasma content of TG shows no change and HDL is increased significantly in the EA group, however, the plasma content of TG is increased significantly and HDL shows no change in the control group. It is concluded that 100Hz HA on bilateral Zusanli and Sanyinjiao acupoints can inhibit the increase of body weight of DIO rats with high energy diet and can decrease the plasma triglyceride.
