Abstract
The present invention discloses a resistance-type sensing array device used for detecting the PH value of an electrolyte. The resistance-type sensing array device comprises a sensing array unit, a control circuit and a data processing unit; the sensing array unit is in contact with the electrolyte and comprises a plurality of sensing crystal cells arranged into an array, and each sensing crystal cell changes its resistance state according to an input voltage and outputs a corresponding sensing current; the control circuit controllably applies at least one input voltage to the sensing crystal cells and a reference voltage to the electrolyte; and the data processing unit is used for synchronously receiving the input voltage and the sensing current generated by each sensing crystal cell in correspondence to the input voltage and judging whether the sensing current is changed to a preset current value or not, and if yes, the PH value of the electrolyte is obtained according to the input voltage value corresponding to the preset current value.
