Abstract
Disclosed herein is the use of neddylation inhibitor for the preparation of a medicament for prophylaxis or treatment of a subject having or suspected of having osteoporosis. The neddylation inhibitor is useful in inhibiting the differentiation and function of osteoclasts, and accordingly, enhancing the biomechanical property of bones. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the neddylation inhibitor is MLN4924.
