Abstract

The present invention provides an application of Neddylayion inhibitor for preparing medicine for preventing, moderating, improving or treating ventilator-induced lung injury. The present invention proves that the Neddylayion inhibitor may effectively inhibit the expression of NEDD8 protein, NEDD8 activating enzyme (E1) subunits APPBP1 and UBA3, and NEDD8 conjugating enzyme (E2) UBC12 in the lung due to ventilator-induced lung injury, reduce alveolar leakage of protein fluid and leakage factors, such as production of VEGF, and improve pulmonary oxygenation and pulmonary edema.
