The invention discloses a somatosensory control system and a method thereof. The somatosensory control system includes a sensing module and a circuit module. The sensing module includes a plurality of sensing units for generating corresponding sensing signals. The circuit module is electrically coupled to the sensing module, receives the plurality of sensing signals from the plurality of sensing units, generates a center of gravity changing signal according to the plurality of sensing signals from the plurality of sensing units, outputs an indication signal according to the center of gravity changing signal, and generates a control signal according to the indication signal. The indication signal indicates whether an anticipatory posture adjustment (APA) exists. The decision of the control signal is related to whether the APA exists.
