Abstract

The present invention discloses an analytical method for individual differences of the application of platelet rich plasma (PRP). This method is based on the results from an in vitro experiment of co-culturing PRP prepared by different methods and cells based on real-time proliferation monitoring. Hence, the optimized preparation methods and concentration of PRP can be identified and applied to the patient. Therefore, this method can eliminate the individual differences of the requirement of PRP concentration. That enhances the efficacy of applying PRP for slowing or repairing arthritis, sports injuries, and joint degeneration.
