Abstract
旋型加工(Spinning)為一種無切屑之塑性加工,工件有高精度、高強度及好表面
光度品質。可旋型性(Spinnability)是材料旋型性能的重要指標。
本研究以2024鋁合金退火料及固溶料,採逆流旋階梯式可旋型性實驗,從巨觀的拉伸試驗及
微硬度觀察,並藉由光學顯微鏡(OM)、掃瞄式電子顯微鏡(SEM)及穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM),
深入觀察加工前後金相及材料內部變化情形,用以評估與選用製程的加工參數。
Tube spinning is a kind of chipless fabrication process. The workpiece has high precision, strength and good surface roughness. Tube spinnability is important index of material deformation. This research use backward stepwise spinnability method of 2024 aluminum alloy with anneal and solution treatment. Macroscopical examinations include tensile test and micro-Vickers hardness. According to the microstructure investigations using optical, scanning, and transmission electron microscopy (OM, SEM, and TEM) to examine the preform and spun tubes. This results will be evaluated and to select the spinning parameters in process.
