Abstract

In implementing the cryptographic algorithm for a cryptographic system, since not all the side channels can be taken into account, there is always a leakage of information, and the resulting system is deemed vulnerable to hostile attack. To reduce the leakage, a compensation circuit is introduced to combine with the original circuit into a balanced configuration. The reduced leakage signal can be further masked by the addition of a noise source.
