Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish a fitness coach information system, in order to service the outdoor fitness people. Compared with outdoor fitness, exercising in the fitness center is easier to monitor your heart rate, speed and duration by the screen attach to the fitness equipment. It is difficult for people lack of exercise experience to control their exercise intensity during outdoor fitness. Therefore, the fitness coach information system will guide the user how to control their heart rate by following the music beats, and help them to achieve their exercise target in a efficiency way. There were 29 subjects in this experiment and 66% of subjects believe that playing music during exercise can help them relieve their fatigue. The music with rhythm guide in the first ten seconds will help the user enhance their proficiency of music beat up to 60%, which is 6 time higher than the music without rhythm guide. It proof that the reliability and validity of this study is statistically significant.
