N2 - Resource allocation is an essential component in grid computing environment. There are several heterogeneous resources in grid computing environment, which can be considered in economic terms. On the other hand, providers and consumers are independent entities with different preferences, in economical grid environment. So negotiation is necessary. Bargaining model is the main issue of negotiation process in economical grid. The contribution of this paper refers to deadline based bargaining model which tends to increase the customer's profit. Moreover, the load balancing and the appropriate response time will be guaranteed by resource workload regulation in the proposed model.
