Abstract
With a cystic mucosal mass in an unusual position in the larynx, the possibility of a malignant tumor should not be neglected. CT of the larynx may help to define the anatomic compartment of such a lesion. Conservative surgery with radiotherapy is a treatment option for patients with early stage laryngeal ACC; nevertheless, long-term follow-up is mandatory.
