Abstract

The anterolateral thigh perforator flap from the ipsilateral thigh based on the most distal perforator can provide skin and soft-tissue coverage around the knee with a satisfactory clinical outcome. The operative procedure is easy and reliable. This is an alternative option for soft-tissue reconstruction around the knee.
