Abstract

In this paper, preliminary analysis of voltage stability for the Mai-Liao power system will be presented. By combining the continuation power flow (CPFLOW), eigenvalue analysis, singular value analysis, and test function, we study the maximum power transfer between Mai-Liao power system and Taipower system under different system configurations. Simulation results on the Mai-Liao system are presented.
